We’re back in Guatemala. Friends from Tennessee came for a week to help us serve a Guatemalan missionary and his town’s needs in evangelism by showing the Jesus Film and construction. They also donated 200 Spanish Bibles for us to distribute! We’re excited to see what God is doing to further the ministry in August!

God called us to the field for construction and Bible study. We knew this would not happen overnight. God used our first two years in the field (completed this month) to get our feet very wet! We volunteered for a church plant and their ministries, while we took a few Spanish classes, learned our way around, met locals and started relationships (just as our mission board encouraged us to do in our training).  Now, God has opened the door, not too wide so we can stay focused, to our next stage in the mission field. We are so excited!
